Cape Smokey
Cape Smokey has been operating in Atlantic Canada for over a decade run by the local community. Since 2019, Cape Smokey Ski Resort has become one of Nova Scotias top winters attractions and calls home the only Ski Resort in Atlantic Canada with a Gondola.

Skiing & Snowboarding
Smokey has 4 beautiful runs with a peak elevation of 320m and has some of Nova Scotia’s best snow for Skiing and Snowboarding. They also offer rentals and Ski School for kids.
Snowshoeing
Cape Smokey is home to some astonishing and private snowshoeing trails that overlook the Atlantic ocean. The trails are marked specifically for snowshoeing only and let you take in the beautiful Cape Breton landscapes. Cape Smokey also provides Rentals.
Rentals

Cape Smokey Provincial Park
Cape Smokey Provincial Park is on top of Smokey Mountain along the Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island where you will find picnic tables and look-off views. It’s also a great destination for bird watching and photography opportunities.
